Design of Glass Fiber-Doped High-Resistivity Hot-Pressed Permanent Magnets for Reducing Eddy Current Loss

چکیده

The Nd-Fe-B hot-deformation magnet with high resistivity was successfully prepared by hot-pressing and of fast-quenched powder amorphous glass fiber. After the process optimization, increased from 0.383 mΩ·cm to 7.2 mΩ·cm. Therefore, eddy current loss magnets can be greatly reduced. microstructure shows that granular fiber forms a continuous isolation layer during hot deformation. At same time, boundary quick-quenched flake transition layer, which improves binding two, effectively prevent spalling layer. In addition, adding orientation deformation certain extent. novel design concept insulation materials provides new insights into development application rare earth permanent materials.
